Various active ingredients are added to this mixture, varying according to the brands. Be vigilant on the composition of this product so, because several companies add products whose effectiveness is not demonstrated. A similar effect can be achieved through the diet with the consumption of a latte with a fruit, for example, in the hour before a workout.
